Alex is an auditing professional specializing in the technology and emerging growth industry with client concentrations in SportsTech, FinTech, E-commerce, AdTech and B2B SaaS business models.
His experience includes dealing with complex equity transactions, revenue recognition issues, stock-based compensation, beneficial conversion features, warrant analysis, software capitalization and derivative instruments. He is an active member of the Firm’s Technology and Emerging Growth Services Team and a Team Leader of the SportsTech team. He actively presents at workshops and seminars on technology-related topics.
Alex is a 2022 Honoree for the Withum Innovation Strength Award.
He has served as a Senior Accountant in an international work assignment between Withum and HLB International member firm Mann Judd in Sydney, Australia.
