Withum is proud to announce that the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® (NACVA®) named Henil Shah as a 30 Under Thirty Honoree.
Henil is a manager in Withum’s Forensic and Valuation Services Group. He has seven years of experience in providing business valuation and transaction advisory services for a multitude of industries, including technology, consumer products, life sciences, and others. At Withum, Henil handles business valuations for tax, financial reporting, litigation, and financing purposes, as well as for Small Business Administration (SBA) lenders.
Before joining Withum, Henil worked with organizations like Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services and Knowcraft Analytics, has held various positions in the Valuation Division, and has been a part of numerous engagements for 409A, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, portfolio valuations, buy-side advisory, and gift and estate tax valuations.Henil holds a Master’s Degree (MBA) from MIT School of Business, Pune, India, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University.
