Withum Relocates Philadelphia Office

Withum, leading advisory and accounting firm, completed the relocation of 30 Team Members to a new location in Center City Philadelphia.

The new space, 1835 Market Street, maintains the Firm’s presence in the heart of the city in a Comfortable Urban style. The layout of the space is consistent with other Withum offices across the country, as Aztec Architects, Dancker furniture, DIRTT and ForBuild systems also collaborated in the New Jersey and Florida office spaces.

“This move comes at an exciting time as we’re all rethinking how business gets done. This modern space can accommodate not only our personnel growth but also our continuously forward-thinking modern culture.”

Eric Strauss
Partner-in-Charge of the Philadelphia office.

In addition to being a high-functioning modern space, 1835 Market Street is committed to sustainability and better business practices in line with Withum’s Mission of supporting all office’s local communities, even through the toughest of times. The Firm is donating unopened packages of nonperishable food from the former office’s kitchen to the Food Bank of South New Jersey. Additionally, they will send unused office supplies to the Philadelphia School District.

Withum is proud to support Philadelphia-based clients through dynamic and complicated Coronavirus Relief government programs to ensure they are afforded all available help.

“By staying on top of the ever-changing landscape, Withum kept our organization informed with specific insights to our particular organization,”
Ilene G. Merlino
Director of Finance for Philadelphia Academies Inc.

To ensure a safe moving process, all team members signed-up for a time slot, limiting the number of people in the office to six at a time. In addition to encouraging social distancing, Withum is providing sanitation equipment and implementing touchless procedures for using community office supplies, like the copier and the coffee machine.

Withum continues to encourage team members to work remotely.
