Two Women of Withum Garner Spots on 2021 ROI-NJ Women in Business Influencers List


Withum is honored to have two women leaders, Zsia Rosmarin and Rhonda Maraziti, among the 2021 ROI Influencers: Women in Business class.

ROI-NJ released its 2021 ROI Influencers: Women in Business list, which recognizes Tax Partner Zsia Rosmarin and Chief Marketing Officer Rhonda Maraziti for their contributions to the New Jersey professional services business environment.

Zsia focuses on advising technology and emerging growth companies. As a Partner and Team Leader of Withum’s Women in Tech and FemTech practice areas, she is responsible for driving initiatives to foster strong women founders, owners and leaders in the tech space. Her experience lies in consulting on various tax issues, including sales tax nexus, state income tax nexus and international tax. A past recipient of the NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business award, Zsia is also a previous “Woman of the Year” honoree of the American Woman’s Society of Certified Public Accountants of New Jersey.

Rhonda, Withum’s first CMO, leads a dynamic team of 25 marketing professionals responsible for all marketing, advertising, branding, social media, communications, proposal writing, event planning, public relations and community outreach initiatives. She is known for her performance-driven marketing mindset and passion for developing the right strategies to build brand awareness, drive new business and enhance the client experience. Active with HLB, the Global Advisory and Accounting Network, Rhonda has been recognized by the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) as the 2016 Marketer of the Year and a past NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business honoree.

Zsia and Rhonda are co-leaders of the Firm’s Women of Women (WoW) team member resource group, with a mission to motivate, advocate and elevate by empowering women professionals with the tools they need to succeed. This mission extends beyond the workplace, providing a community for clients and business relationships to broaden their networks with like-minded individuals through diverse events.
