Tax Season is Over and a Suggestion for Our Legislators
I suppose I should say something today about tax season being over. Its over…unless you filed an extension and then you will be living in the past until your return gets done. Planning is a road that can possibly save you taxes – and planning never starts until last year’s return is filed.
A suggestion for our Legislators:Prepareyour own return by hand so you will get a better understanding of what you are doing to us.
We need the complexity eliminated. If our illustrious leaders cannot do their own returns because they are too complicated, then at least try doing your child’s oryoung niece’s or nephew’s. It makes no sense to have laws that affect everyone that no one can grasp.
