Withum Capital is pleased to welcome Robin Kim as Managing Director of the Firm’s Investment Banking practice. Bringing deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic advisory services, Robin will lead the continued growth and strategic direction of the practice while expanding Withum Capital’s capabilities for privately held and middle-market businesses.
Robin brings more than 20 years of investment banking and principal investing experience, advising founder-led, family-owned and privately held companies. Throughout his career, he has advised on transactions exceeding $30 billion in aggregate value, including M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings and debt and equity financings. His experience spans a broad range of industries, providing valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges facing middle-market businesses.

In his role, Robin will advise founders, boards, investors and middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. He will work closely with clients to evaluate opportunities, navigate transitions and execute strategies aligned with their growth.
Based in Orange County, California, Robin will serve clients nationwide, delivering strategic transaction support and advisory services through Withum Capital.
