My “5421 Years of Taxation, Investing and Financial History” program will be repeated by me for the East Brunswick Public Library on Thursday, March 11 at Noon. I presented this last month elsewhere and it was very well received. This program is free and the login information is at the end of this blog.

Attendees will receive a PDF of my 55-page script. I include some really good info and while it is a fun program, I cover some very serious information tracing the 5421-year history of taxation, investing and finance. Along the trip, you will find out why most of what you are told about investing are estimates (but what needs to be exact), some key investment warnings, tips to reduce risk and grow your assets and some looming tax increases you should be aware of. Also covered will be how taxes started a major war, a woman rode naked to get her husband to cut taxes, a political opponent of Abe Lincoln put his own picture on the paper money issued to fund the Civil War and proof of how wrong conventional wisdom can be.

Included here is a screenshot that gives my Top 3 Rules of Investing. A further explanation will be at the presentation.

My April 22 program will be “How Warren Buffett Did It.” Put this on your calendar now and I’ll post login info when we get closer to that date.

I hope to “see” you Thursday.
