She collaborates with other departments, negotiates contracts and develops creative solutions to challenging problems. Her role has recently expanded to include managing Withum’s real estate portfolio, where she contributes to the Firm’s strategic growth and operational efficiency, further supporting the team’s ability to deliver exceptional service.
The variety of work, intellectual challenges and leadership opportunities all contribute to Nicole’s fulfillment as General Counsel at Withum.
Nicole is actively involved in community organizations and has served on the board of her community’s homeowners association for the past five years. She organized a community-wide vigil in her town. Giving back to her community is something Nicole holds close to her heart, which is something she instills the importance of in her children.
