Fortune Media and Great Place to Work Name Withum Among Best Workplaces in New York

Withum is proud to share that Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have named Withum as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in New York. This is Withum’s sixth consecutive time being named to this prestigious list, surpassing rigorous benchmarks to receive this distinction.

Ranking at number 22 on the Large Business list, Great Place to Work recognized the Firm for its strong culture and team-centric approach, highlighting its distinctive benefits such as flexible schedules, childcare benefits and time off. The recognition also spotlighted Withum’s collaborative environment – prioritizing professional development, open communication, innovation and work-life balance, enabling team members to thrive both personally and professionally.

Withum expanded its footprint into Western New York in August 2025, when Freed Maxick, P.C., joined the team, strengthening its presence in the State from its existing NYC location.

Great Place To Work selected the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in New York by surveying 1.3 million employees in the U.S., representing companies that collectively employ more than 7.3 million U.S. workers. Of those responses, more than 155,000 were received from employees at companies that were eligible for the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in New York List, and the rankings are based on their feedback. To be eligible for the list, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified™, have at least 10 U.S. employees, and be headquartered in New York State or the New York Metropolitan area.
