With over a decade of experience in Real Estate Valuation, Appraisal and Consulting, Zack is the Team Leader of Real Estate Valuation.
He has performed valuations in over 40 states on a variety of property types including apartments and affordable housing, retail, industrial, office, and a variety of specialty use properties. A sample of recent specialty use assignments includes data centers, oil and natural gas wells and pipelines, university campuses, self-storage facilities, student housing, seasonal resorts, conservation easements, mining properties, LIHTCs, marinas, and eminent domain acquisitions. He also provides litigation support services and has qualified as an expert witness approximately two dozen times in cases concerning residential and commercial real estate, oil, natural gas, and mining properties, conservation easements, and condemnation and eminent domain.

Zack has extensive experience volunteering with emergency and social services, including work as an EMT, with fire departments, Habitat for Humanity and the American Red Cross, where he has served as a Health and Safety Instructor, Instructor Trainer/Instructional Designer, Disaster Action Team member, Regional Public Affairs team member, and as a member of Financial Oversight and Audit Committees. He is also the published author of over a dozen publications that vary from continuing education for appraisers to academic papers and conferences.
In his free time, Zack enjoys distance running and training for half-marathons, marathons and Spartan Runs.
