Bill is based in our Saddle Brook, NJ, office and has over 25 years of experience as an investigator, accountant and valuation analyst.
He is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Valuation and Insolvency Group.
Bill founded and was president of the forensic accounting firm, Morrison & Company (joined with Withum in December of 2010). He has also served as a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), an internal auditor and a certified public accountant. Bill has been qualified as an expert for the Supreme Court, Superior Court and Federal Court of New Jersey. Bill has also published articles for Fairshare and the Encyclopedia of Matrimonial Practice. He is the co-author with Jay Fishman and Shannon Pratt of Standards of Value, Theory and Application.
