Vincent is a tax principal with over 12 years of experience in tax and public accounting, specializing in the financial services sector. He has extensive expertise in tax compliance and consulting for hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, digital asset funds, general partners, and management companies. Vincent’s work includes reviewing partnership agreements during setup, structuring, restructuring, and liquidation, as well as overseeing partnership allocations. He also manages the review of tax allocations, Schedule K-1s, and partnership tax returns, including international and state filings, along with information reporting and withholding requirements.
