Susan McGuire is a principal with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in financial services. She has extensive knowledge serving those with private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and investment management companies.
Susan’s depth of experience and detail-oriented leadership style provides clients with technical insights and solutions within the financial services industry. Her area of focus includes investment company accounting and industry-specific matters such as accounting treatment for side pockets, liquidating audits, master-feeder funds and performance/management fee arrangements. Additionally, Susan helps clients with fair value measurements and disclosures of financial instruments, including private placements, private investments in public equity, debt and credit instruments and derivatives.
