He is a certified public account and attorney in New Jersey and New York and has a Legal Masters in Taxation (LLM) from New York University School of Law. Steve specializes in business taxation with extensive experience in Subchapter C, S-Corporation and partnership taxation.

He resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
