Scott Price, CPA, is the Chief Regional Officer with over 20 years of experience. Scott is familiar with all aspects of federal reporting and compliance for employee benefit plans, labor unions, auditing and consulting for defined benefit and defined contribution pension and health plans.
He has experience in overseeing some of the Firm’s largest audits for both local and international labor organizations and their related employee benefit plans.
Scott teaches other industry professionals and speaks regularly for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans on a variety of topics and industry best practices. His experience includes audits for training funds, political action funds and building corporations as well as agreed-upon procedures such as payroll audits, fraud audits, internal controls consulting, claims audits and management consulting. Scott is proficient in preparing Forms 990, 900-T, LM-2 and 5500.
He is a speaker and an author for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
