Rachel Ashcroft is a principal on Withum’s Outsourced Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS) Team with nearly two decades of public accounting experience spanning audit and outsourced accounting services.
She works with not-for-profit organizations to strengthen finance and accounting operations, modernize and provide strategic guidance that supports organizational growth and mission-focused objectives.
Her experience includes serving not-for-profit healthcare and community-based organizations, giving her a strong understanding of the financial, operational and compliance considerations they navigate. Rachel’s expertise includes financial statement audits, Single Audits, internal control assessments and federal grant compliance, helping her clients meet regulatory requirements and strengthen financial stewardship.
Rachel is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York.

Rachel is committed to supporting her local community through volunteer leadership. She serves as Treasurer of Charlotte House Comfort Care Home and as Volunteer Coordinator for the Pioneer Junior Panthers Youth Football and Cheer Organization.
A proud Buffalo sports fan, Rachel can often be found cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending car shows and creating lasting memories during trips to Walt Disney World, her family’s favorite vacation destination.
