Michael focuses on serving family-owned businesses and flow-through entities in the agri-business and manufacturing industries. He also has significant experience working with equipment rentals and sales, construction contractors and clients in the trucking industry. Michael specializes in helping businesses maximize New York State tax credits and incentives, including investment tax credits, farm employer overtime credit, farm workforce retention credit, manufacturers’ real property tax credit, and farmers’ school tax credit. He also has extensive experience working with clients on LLC redemptions and retiring partner calculations.
