Matthew Magliano is a partner with over 15 years of tax and public accounting experience, specializing in the financial services industry.
He advises hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds, real estate ventures, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), general partners and management companies on a wide range of tax compliance and consulting matters. Matthew works closely with clients throughout the fund lifecycle, from formation and structuring to ongoing operations and restructuring, providing guidance on tax considerations and reviewing partnership agreements.
He oversees the preparation and review of tax allocations, Schedule K-1s and partnership tax returns, including multistate and international filings, as well as reporting and withholding requirements. Matthew is focused on delivering clear, practical guidance that helps clients navigate complexity while supporting efficient operations and informed decision-making.
Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey.
