Get to Know Me

Lauren Naples is a partner with over 18 years of experience with restaurants and consumer products. She started her career at Withum and now serves as the team leader for Education Services.

She is an active member of Withum’s Food and Beverage practice and also specializes in accounting and audit-related services for Not-for-Profits and Industrial and Consumer Products companies, with a focus on franchisors, restaurants and food and beverage.   

Lauren is passionate about providing world-class client service. She takes client success personally, has a vested interest in their accomplishments, and works around the clock to ensure they have every tool they need to propel their business into the future. With Lauren on your team, you can rest assured that your goals are her goals, and you will have a trusted advisor who will understand and care about your organization as if it were her own.   

As an active member of the Red Bank office’s Women of Withum (WoW) Team Member Resource Group, Lauren supports the group’s mission to motivate, advocate and elevate women team members by empowering them with the tools they need to succeed.

Cancer research is a cause close to Lauren’s heart. She is an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society, the Co-Chair of the Tides of Change Committee, and a Team Coordinator for Making Strides with Breast Cancer. Lauren is also a board member and treasurer on the executive committee of the Arc of Monmouth, a nonprofit serving those with Down syndrome and other disabilities in Monmouth County.

When she’s not in the office, Lauren can be found spending time with her family and friends—including her ‘fur nephews’. She loves enjoying the summer sun at Bradley Beach, disappearing into a great book, traveling near and far, taking Peleton rides, trying new restaurants, savoring red wine at a new winery, and starting each day with a fresh cup of Nespresso.
