Jay Shepulski is the firm’s Private Equity Industry Growth National Leader.
With over 25 years of public accounting experience in the financial services industry and former lead of the Firm’s SPAC Practice, which audited over 350 SPAC IPOs aggregating over $120 billion in total IPO proceeds. He specializes in leading complex audit engagements at middle-market companies and investment firms across various industry sectors, including private equity and venture capital, with both fund sponsors and their portfolio companies.
Jay advises private equity clients and their portfolio management teams to create value throughout the investment life cycle.
Jay provides audit, accounting and business advisory services to domestic and international clients in both publicly traded and privately held sectors.
Jay also has in-depth knowledge and experience related to registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including navigating the evolving issues and requirements of the public reporting landscape.
