She has deep expertise in Department of Labor (DOL) reporting and ERISA compliance, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements with accuracy and confidence. Jasmine’s benefit plan experience includes audits of single-employer and multi-employer plans, including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, health and welfare plans, training trusts and others. She is highly skilled in preparing and reviewing key regulatory filings, including Form 5500 (Annual Return/Report of Employee Benefit Plan), Form 990 (Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax), and Form LM-2 (Labor Organization Annual Report). In addition to audits, she provides services such as agreed-upon procedures, compilations, and reviews, offering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of her clients.
