Ivan C. Brown
Get to Know Me
Ivan is one of the founders of WithumSmith+Brown, PC, and served as Managing Partner of our firm for 20 years.
Based in the Red Bank, NJ, office, he has over 40 years of public accounting experience and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey. Ivan’s background has been primarily with privately-held businesses in the construction, advertising, professional services and manufacturing sectors.
Ivan began his career with Haskins & Sells, the predecessor to Deloitte & Touche. Ivan currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Meridian Health.
Ivan is a board member of the American Cancer Society – Eastern Division, Inc. and previously served on the Board of Trustees and as First Vice President and Chair of the Audit & Financial Stewardship Committee.
