With over 25 years of experience, Guy Miller is an Audit Partner on Withum’s Financial Services Team, specializing in the alternative investment management, focusing on providing audit and assurance services to financial services clients, with a particular emphasis on hedge, private equity and venture capital funds.
He works diligently with clients, advising on alternate investment practices, transactions, operations, regulatory compliance, management reporting and auditing.
Guy’s experience includes investment management at a Big 4 firm where he provided assurance oversight to financial statement audits of alternative investment funds, private equity funds, broker-dealers and management companies. He also has experience at a specialized hedge fund firm, where he worked on providing assurance oversight to financial statement audits of hedge funds, private equity funds, and management companies.
