Darren is an audit principal based out of the Firm’s Whippany office. He has over 18 years of public accounting experience providing auditing, accounting and tax services to a diversified group of clients. Darren currently focuses on providing audit and assurance services to investment funds of all types. He has experience working at a big-4 firm as well as at boutique and regional sized accounting firms.

Darren has experience working with alternative investment funds and investment groups with assets under management below $1 million and above $3.5 billion and includes a wide range of financial products including Level 3, private investments. He has worked with investment managers in various strategies including long/short, private credit, micro lending, emerging managers, fund of funds, private equity, and real estate backed financing.
