Based in our Los Angeles, CA office, Chester is a partner with over 20 years of experience providing attestation services for privately held companies in various sectors. His belief that accounting services should be treated as a collaboration between client and accountant enables him to support businesses to evolve and develop, regardless of the sophistication level of their inhouse accounting.

Chester serves clients in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, service, not-for-profit and employee benefit plans.

Chester is very active in the local community and is a Board Officer for Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA), a Pilipino Outreach charity strengthening local communities for people of all backgrounds.
