Carl Scheuten

He specializes in audit, tax and consulting engagements for public and private companies, including broker dealers, venture capital funds, private equity funds, management companies, registered investment advisors, investment partnerships, business services, high-tech, distribution, manufacturing and retail. In addition, Carl has experience working with companies in the healthcare, life sciences, commercial, technology, logistics and transportation sectors.

Carl also has extensive experience with SEC reporting requirements for public companies. This experience includes final reporting requirements via Forms 10-K and 10-Q, comfort letters, bring down letters and S-1 registration statements. Carl is well versed in working with his clients through all stages of their life cycle, having served as lead audit partner for many initial public offerings (IPO’S), mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, private placements, going dark (going private) and various other 1933 Act related transactions.
