Brian Bader is a partner on the Firm’s Real Estate Services Team with nearly 40 years of experience in public accounting serving the real estate industry.
He provides assurance and advisory services to REITs, private equity firms and commercial real estate entities, working closely with executive teams to enhance the accuracy, transparency and reliability of financial reporting for investors, lenders and other stakeholders. Brian’s expertise spans audits of commercial real estate, hospitality and multifamily residential organizations, as well as consulting related to real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions.
Drawing on experience gained at prominent accounting and advisory firms and within a national real estate practice, he brings deep industry knowledge to clients across the commercial real estate sector.
Brian is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York.
