Andrea Mondello has helped organizations around the globe implement, adopt, and derive value from Microsoft Technologies. She has over 15 years of experience focused on SharePoint solutions with a Knowledge Management lens, and nine years of deep experience with Office 365. Past notable projects include the transformation of a hundred-year-old national non-profit from file share silos to a thriving Office 365 implementation featuring Teams across five offices and the implementation of Office 365 for an international NGO with thousands of users across 19 countries in Asia. Her skill set includes project management, business analysis, change management, technology training, technology communications, and business process optimization. She’s worked in multiple business verticals including accounting, publishing, SEO and digital, and drug development, with a special focus on non-profit and NGO organization programs and operations.
She calls upstate New York home, and when not working spends time supporting her local Public Library and playing board games and video games with her family and friends.
