Alex Dundara is a Partner with over 10 years of extensive experience serving the Life Sciences, Technology and Emerging Growth community.
He is also the Team Leader of the Digital Health Services Team, which blends his expertise between all industry verticals. Alex’s experience includes providing assurance and advisory services to both private companies and SEC registrants within the emerging growth space. Alex has experience guiding clients through the IPO and De-SPAC processes resulting from his deep understanding of each stage of development in a fast-paced, dynamic pharmaceutical or biotech company.
Alex is a leader in Withum’s Accounting and Auditing Fellowship Program, which is responsible for instructing and training staff and conducting numerous in-house Continuing Professional Education certified courses.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys spending his free time with his family. His hobbies include staying active and cheering on the New York Rangers hockey team.
