Adrienne Smith is a senior IT delivery leader, serving as the Firm’s Lead Consultant for the Advisory Services Team, with over 15 years of experience across technology, cybersecurity and healthcare.
Her background as a nurse and former U.S. Army Communications Specialist informs her disciplined, mission-driven leadership. Adrienne is recognized for effectively balancing risk, governance and execution speed to design resilient delivery frameworks and lead high-performing teams.
She holds multiple professional certifications, including CRISC, PMP, ITIL, ISACA and CompTIA Security+, as well as additional credentials across IT and healthcare.
