This session will outline the changes and updates that affect employee benefit plan audits, including management’s assessments that a Section 103(a)(3)(c) audit is appropriate for, how the new audit report will look like, and the required representations from management to the auditor.

  • Identify the provisions impacting benefit plan audits.
