Molly has joined Withum as Chief Innovation Officer. This is a new role designed to bring forward-thinking, technology-driven opportunities to continue to help our clients to “Be in a Position of Strength” in today’s modern business landscape.
She will partner with our executives, senior leadership across the business, and key cross-functional teams to strategize, build and execute company-wide technology initiatives.
She has extensive experience in leading innovation and implementing change at Aetna, Inc. Molly deployed technology solutions to deliver enhanced business models, partnered with vendors to build and deploy new digital services, and managed strategic portfolios. Most recently, she served as a Director at PwC where she was focused on business transformation.
Molly is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and has her CLU, ChFC certifications. She resides in St. Augustine, FL surrounded by family and friends. She enjoys golfing, supports local Performing Arts programs, and actively provides leadership and works at a local Food Pantry providing nourishment for the food insecure.
As we expand our commitments in this space, Molly will implement strategies to optimize all aspects of technology. This includes our workspace, community, and business while serving as the catalyst for Withum’s initiatives and driving change management across the company.
