Michael is a partner in our Red Bank, NJ, office and has over 25 years of professional accounting and auditing experience.
He is a certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York and specializes in providing accounting, auditing, tax, financial and reimbursement consulting services to healthcare, not-for-profit and closely-held businesses.
He is a past chair of the NJSCPA Nonprofit Interest Group and is a frequent speaker on current healthcare audit, tax and reimbursement matters.

He is also a member of the Human Resources Committee at Hackensack Meridian Health and the treasurer at Navesink Country Club. He is a former member of the Finance Committee of Meridian Health, vice chairman of Bayshore Community Hospital and treasurer of Holmdel Theatre Company. Michael resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
