Ray Iler

Ray Iler is a partner on the Firm’s Financial Services Team with over three decades of experience serving private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, registered investment advisers, fund‑of‑funds and family office clients.
He is a trusted advisor to CFOs in the industry and has deep knowledge of US GAAP, fund reporting, investment valuation, SEC compliance and investor relations/due diligence.
Ray brings extensive Big Four experience in the Cayman Islands and on the West Coast, having served as a partner with leadership roles spanning private equity assurance, asset management, practice growth and the development of an emerging partner platform to support new fund managers nationwide.
Ray holds the CFA, CPA and CPA, CA (Canada) designations.
