Jonathan C. Tretter

He focuses on corporate and flow-through tax, high-net-worth individual taxation, and federal and multi-state taxation. His additional areas of focus in taxation include federal and state tax credits and incentives, methods of accounting, UNICAP 263A, estate and business succession planning, along with tangible property and cost recovery. Jonathan was a leader providing clients with insight into federal legislation surrounding the CARES Act, most notably focused on the Paycheck Protection Program and the Employee Retention Credit.

During his professional career, Jonathan has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, automotive dealerships, real estate, equipment rental and sales, construction, restaurant and hospitality and medical and professional service clients. Jonathan stays abreast of all regulatory and legislative changes to properly consult and advise his clients. His goal is to help his clients navigate the tax code to plan for and prepare required tax filings while working to reduce their tax liability through the use of allowable federal and state tax credits and incentives.
