Lilit Nersisyan is an audit principal in the Firm’s Financial Services Team. With more than 15 years of experience, she advises alternative investment clients, including hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds, fund of funds and investment advisers.
She provides audit and attestation services to complex investment structures, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements, strengthen financial reporting and support stakeholder confidence. Drawing on experience across both domestic and offshore fund environments, Lilit delivers insights that help clients address valuation, compliance and operational challenges.
Lilit plays a key role in expanding the Firm’s West Coast Financial Services practice, driving team growth, market presence and operational alignment across regions. She also serves as West Coast Ambassador for Women in Financial Services and leads the Firm’s national Financial Services training programs, supporting professional development and leadership growth across the practice.
Her background includes more than a decade with a Big Four accounting firm, where she provided audit services and advised clients on financial reporting and GAAP compliance.
Lilit is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California.
