Barie-Lynne Rosensaft is a Principal in the Financial Services Group with over 25 years of experience in the valuation industry.
She is an experienced valuation professional actively involved in valuing business enterprises, equity, fixed income and derivative securities, and intangible assets. She has experience preparing analyses for private equity, venture capital and hedge fund fair value reporting (FASB 820), transaction and solvency opinions, restructuring, bankruptcy and litigation proceedings, and gift and estate tax matters.
Barie-Lynne has successfully provided valuation services for multi-million and billion-dollar clients in varying industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, technology and AI, consumer products, retail, and gaming and hospitality. She has experience in board advisory opinions and preparation of expert witness reports and testimony.
