Withum’s Ryan Kelly Selected to Attend AICPA’s 2025 Leadership Academy

Ryan Kelly, an audit manager in Withum’s Orlando office, was one of only 36 professionals honored by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) as a member of its 17th Leadership Academy graduating class.

Ryan was selected to attend the four-day Leadership Academy program based on his exceptional leadership skills and professional experience. The event will take place the week of December 8, 2025. Ryan provides assurance and attest services to privately owned and publicly traded companies in the Professional Services and Industrial and Consumer Products industries.

A University of Scantron alum, Ryan earned his CPA license and is an active member of the AICPA, FICPA, and PICPA. Ryan is no stranger to leadership development programs within the profession, having graduated from the FICPA’s Leadership Academy Class in 2023, a high-impact, selective program for Florida-based emerging leaders in accounting. In February 2025, the FICPA also recognized Ryan with a prestigious Horizon Award for his leadership, entrepreneurism and community service.
