Harman, a Tax Manager with over five years of experience, specializes in tax leadership within the Firm’s sports tech industry and digital assets sector. He has spearheaded innovative tax initiatives, mentored offshore teams and hosted impactful professional discussions. His work in strengthening the Firm’s presence in both the sports tech and digital assets areas, as well as enhancing global team performance, highlights his ability to lead in a rapidly evolving industry.
During a leadership rotation in Withum’s India office, Harman trained staff, improved team efficiency and built stronger collaboration between the teams in India and the U.S. This experience demonstrates his skills in global team leadership. Within the Firm, he is a thought leader, organizing panel discussions and collaborating with firm leaders across various service lines to provide valuable insights for Withum’s supervisors and above.
Harman is actively engaged in the profession, lending his leadership skills both inside and outside the office. He contributes to thought leadership by participating in training programs and exploring emerging tax topics to strengthen Withum’s expertise.
