With over two decades of financial services experience with the last 15 years serving alternative investment funds, Shreyas brings a unique blend of fund technical accounting, fund audits, portfolio valuation and fund operation experience to Withum’s teams and clients.
At Withum, Shreyas assists emerging managers in fund launches, fundraising, fund structuring, introductions to service providers, fund audits (US GAAP and IFRS), portfolio valuations, transaction services and SEC compliance.
