Withum is proud to share that Ryan Kelly, CPA has been recognized by the Florida Institute of CPAs with a prestigious Horizon Award.
Ryan, an audit manager in our Orlando office, serves privately owned and publicly traded clients in the Professional Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics industries. A University of Scranton graduate, Ryan is an active member of the AICPA, FICPA and PICPA. He is a graduate of the FICPA’s Leadership Academy Class of 2023-2023, a high-impact, selective program for the accounting industry’s emerging leaders.
It’s an honor to be recognized with the FICPA’s Horizon Award. Working at Withum has allowed me to embrace a leadership role and serve my community while continuing to advance my professional career goals.

Ryan serves as a mentor to new hires and is involved in volunteer opportunities in his community. He is committed to supporting those less fortunate than himself as a member of Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization committed to providing global charity and service.
The Horizon Awards recognize young CPAs who are accelerating their careers through professional experience, leadership, entrepreneurism, and community service. The 2025 Horizon Awards winners were honored at FICPA’s CPA Day at the Capitol on February 5, 2025, and are featured on the FICPA website.
