Cigna Well-Being Award

Withum is proud to announce that Withum is a recipient of Cigna’s annual Well Being Award for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the health and well-being of their team members through a workplace wellness program.

Cigna recognized Withum for the many programs implemented in addition to the formalized workplace wellness program, including firmwide recharge/refresh days, subscription to Headspace, check-in meetings, Support and Team Member Resource Groups, Employee Assistant Program (EAP) Benefits, Withum Fitness Challenges, and the new Fitness Reimbursement Program.

Cigna Well-Being Award applicants are evaluated based on the core components of their well-being program, including leadership engagement, company culture, strategy and goals, implementation, and employee engagement. All applications are scored and reviewed by a panel of Cigna health promotion experts.

This award adds to Withum’s resume as a firm of choice for advisory, tax and accounting professionals.
