Hear the rest of Bill’s message in the following video as he touches on resources for small businesses through the CARES Act, tools for working remotely and extends our appreciation to all those continuing to serve our communities during this time.
Dear Friends and Clients,
As we are in the midst of what is now referred to as a global pandemic, be assured that the health and well-being of our team members, clients, colleagues and their families are of utmost importance to us. We will continue to monitor the news and CDC directives and make changes to policies based upon facts as they arise. We have been proactively communicating with team members about common-sense hygiene practices to limit the spread of illness-carrying germs, and asking anyone who is not feeling well to work from home. We also encourage our team members to have open dialogues with our clients to assess their comfort level with on-site visits (their location or ours) during this very challenging time.
If an outbreak results in office closures in any of our geographies, rest assured that we have a business continuity plan in place that will enable us to provide you with uninterrupted service. As part of our tech-forward culture, we provide the tools and technology which allow all Withum team members to work remotely effectively, continuing to be responsive to your business needs throughout any potential office closure or quarantine.
There is no doubt that many of you are feeling the impacts of this pandemic on the health of your business. Please know that Withum is here to help you manage through this crisis. Be it short-term solutions to finance cash-flow crunches or inventory disruption, or if you need guidance on setting up remote locations for your teams to work effectively, we can help. Please contact any member of your Withum engagement team to discuss your issues.
We know this will pass, however, vigilance is important to mitigate the impact on our valued clients and team members.

An unusual thing happened and keeps happening. When I buy a business book that I want to learn something from and put it under my pillow, nothing happens.
