With over 30 years of experience in public accounting, Todd provides accounting, auditing and consulting services to a variety of industries, including both local and national not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans and healthcare organizations, including senior living facilities, continuing care communities and hospitals.
He has extensive training and experience dealing with unique and complex regulatory matters of not-for-profit organizations, including compliance audits performed under the Single Audit Act and Uniform Guidance, as well as dealing with unique and complex Internal Revenue Service Code and ERISA matters, giving him valuable insight for every engagement. Todd also works with privately-held, owner-managed clients, such as distributors, manufacturers and contractors.
