Tom Berical has 35 years of experience in public accounting, focusing on providing accounting and auditing services to businesses in various industries. Through his career, he has served manufacturing, construction and venture capital/private equity companies. Tom has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, having conducted many due diligence assignments. He also has expertise in dealing with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory and accounting issues. Tom is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in New York. 

Tom offers a wealth of knowledge and business acumen from his time at a national audit firm and, more recently, at a large regional accounting firm. In that time, he led an accounting and auditing practice for the firm and sat on its Executive, Finance and Compensation Committees. Tom joined the Firm in 1990 after working for a national audit firm.

Tom is active in his community. He has served as Chairman and board member of the Foodbank of Western New York and is also a past board member and Treasurer of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
