As a CPA, with 20+ years of public accounting experience, coupled with implementing a strong, inclusive talent management strategy, allows her to develop future generations of leadership.
Theresa was named to NJBiz’s “Best 50 Women in Business” in 2013, Rider University’s Hall of Fame 2014, Raritan Valley Community College’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 2015 and Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women’s Awards 2018. Theresa resides in Somerset County, NJ.
