Ryan Levin is a partner with over 15 years of experience in public and private accounting, specializing in audit services. He serves public and private clients across the industrial and consumer products industry, including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, retail, apparel and fitness and wellness companies.
Ryan has extensive expertise with companies that have complex debt and equity structures, including those backed by private equity and venture capital, as well as public companies with SEC reporting requirements. He regularly supports clients through M&A transactions and related accounting considerations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while providing stakeholders with the clarity they need to make confident, informed decisions.
Within the Firm, Ryan plays an active role in mentoring and developing emerging professionals on his team.
Before focusing on public accounting, Ryan spent several years in private industry, giving him firsthand insight into the financial and operational realities his clients navigate every day. He brings that perspective to each engagement, pairing technical depth with practical, business-minded guidance.
Ryan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey and New York.
