Nikki Homratsamy has nearly 30 years of experience in public accounting. She focuses on serving clients across diverse industries, including manufacturing and distribution, energy and oilfield services, technology and transportation and logistics.

Throughout her career, Nikki has specialized in international tax and compliance, consulting and providing income tax provisions to clients as a licensed CPA. She has spent the majority of her career serving middle-market businesses, including closely held and publicly traded companies that are U.S. subsidiaries of foreign parent companies and U.S. companies with a global presence.

Nikki has extensive experience working with large oilfield services companies on loan staff arrangements related to international tax compliance. Additionally, Nikki’s background includes income tax provision preparation and review, as well as tax compliance for companies winding down after bankruptcy. Her expertise includes helping companies address international tax compliance issues such as foreign bank account reporting, foreign subsidiary and disregarded entity reporting and emerging international tax compliance matters.

Nikki’s passion for the profession and seeing others grow has earned her the Role Model award from the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. A champion for women’s advancement in the workplace, Nikki is a former member of the Bauer Graduate Women’s Network (BGWN) Mentor Program, and as a member of the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, has served as Vice-Chair and a Board Member. She has also taken the time to invest in her career, graduating from the Rainmaker Academy and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Thought Leadership Institute.

Nikki lives her life to the fullest during her free time. Her love of art and entertainment has given her a passion for traveling, hiking, cooking, dancing and doing anything outdoors.
