Nicole White is a principal with nearly 20 years of public accounting experience, specializing in taxation and advisory for nonprofit organizations, agricultural businesses and privately held companies.
She helps clients navigate federal and state tax requirements, uncover planning opportunities and implement practical strategies that support their organizational goals.
Nicole provides tax planning, compliance and advisory services, with expertise in exempt organization taxation, entity structuring and ongoing tax consulting. Known for her responsive and collaborative approach, she works closely with management teams, boards of directors and business owners to develop tailored solutions aligned with their missions and evolving needs.
She serves on the Firm’s AI Development Team, contributing to internal innovation initiatives and team member development.

Nicole is actively involved in her local community, serving as Treasurer of the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism for more than a decade. She also serves as Vice President of the Wyoming Central School District Board of Education, supporting initiatives that strengthen educational opportunities and community engagement.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys helping her family’s maple syrup farm, gardening and exploring the outdoors while camping with her family. Her experiences in agriculture have instilled a strong appreciation for hard work, perseverance and the importance of family – values that continue to guide her approach to life and client service. Above all, she cherishes time with her children and believes strong relationships are the foundation of success, both personally and professionally.
