Melissa Dunn is a partner on the Not-For-Profit and Education Services Team.
She has over 16 years of experience dedicated to the service of not-for-profit organizations. She serves a variety of clients, including education organizations, environmentally focused organizations, social services organizations and professional societies. She has extensive experience with endowment accounting, including knowledge of Pennsylvania Act 141 and the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (UPMIFA), issues related to donor restrictions, grants accounting and uniform guidance. Melissa also has a deep understanding of tax issues that impact these organizations and has experience with the federal Form 990 and its many variants as well as Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) concerns.
Melissa is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania. She previously served as a partner at a boutique not-for-profit services firm in Philadelphia.

Melissa volunteers in the community as a Catechist at her local church, teaching religious education to fourth grade students.
Melissa was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society at Ursinus College.
